4d baby scan: See if Your Baby Yawns in the Womb

4d baby scan is a satisfying experience for the mums as well as the fathers. Unimaginable it might sound for many men and women, nonetheless with the high technological know-how these days, it is achievable for the mother and father (also the loved ones) to view the unborn little one and look at precisely what actions they carry out in the womb. Due to the fact that every maternity is diverse, many mothers fret or question exactly why their little one is “moving” a whole lot or in many cases, doesn’t sound to be shifting in any respect. Using this style of ultrasound, little ones’ exercises or ‘practices’ might be watched live and documented.

4d scan may capture the following moves and actions of the baby in the tummy:

“    Many little ones grin or become shocked any time they notice a audio they like or detest.
“    In the later trimester, little ones can yawn inside the tummy.
“    Often and possibly unconsciously, number of little ones ‘enjoy’ groping around for or with their umbilical cord.
“    The most common and logical reason of the rhythmical motion of the momma’s belly is the baby’ hiccups which in turn can easily happen at the least once to six times a day.
“    Infants likewise suck their thumbs in their sweet little ways.

What MORE may the 4d baby scan Present?

That pregnancy scan may present to you the place of your little one in the tummy. Presently there are at least two postures: the usual or vertex and the breech postures which in turn are also categorized into frank, complete and incomplete breech. Realizing exactly how your little one is positioning its physique just before he or she comes out is really essential and valuable in thinking about choices specially if he or she is breech.

4d baby scan, similar to 3d scan, can easily likewise examine through which place your little one is oriented towards. In the event the little one’s spinal cord is along the side where your belly is and he or she is oriented towards your back, it is referred to as anterior. We name it posterior if your little one’s face is to your front and his or her back is to your rear. Even though nearly all clinical professionals don’t actually speak about this to you, it’s beneficial to realize regardless of whether your infant is anterior or posterior, mainly because one of them is the trigger for backache in the course of labor (also known as back labor) -  that is the posterior position.

Life is short so cherish every moment you can have with the people who mean a lot to you and are important parts of your life. It’s not every day you get to be with your children when they grow old. Spend more time with them while they are still dependent on you. Going to the clinic and having a 4d baby scan is the easiest way to do this.

4d Baby Scan: A Unique Experience

You might be wondering what these new 4D baby scan are all about. Chances are you’ve heard a bit about it from someone, or you’ve come across the term on the net.  In this article, I hope to explain clear what the scan is all about.

Pregnancy is such an thrilling time marked by anticipation and uncertainty.  The good thing is, it can be managed by monitoring. This is why these scans are so essential.

How is it different? While the ultrasound imagery does show quite a bit of detail, unfortunately, they do not give you a apparent picture of what your baby looks like. Thanks to the leaps and bounds in the advancements in medical technology, there are now 3D and 4d baby scans available to expectant couples. This pregnancy scan uses the same technology as the 2D scans, but it takes it a step further by giving you a three-dimensional view, in motion! This way, you not only see your child’s shape, you will be able to see details that make you feel your baby is actually already born.

You will note, with the 4D scan imagery, how your baby in motion, that your baby moves just like a newborn baby! They play with their toes, they suck on their fingers, all these movements that make you feel like your baby is already with you. This way, parents are able to bond and get attached to their baby prior to delivering. If this sounds like something you’d like to try out, work with your clinic and tell them that you would like to have this done.

It’s the technician, not just the technology!Remember that most clinics actually use the same ultrasound scan technology, and that the defining factor is the skill and experience of the sonographer. Make sure that you choose only the best healthcare provider. Do not scrimp on these prenatal assessments, as these could literally mean a difference between life and death.

Slightly uncomfortable and daunting, especially the first time, the 4D scan is an unforgettable experience– seeing your baby inside of your womb, seeing what’s lying under that bump.

You will note that with the 2D scans before, you may have been asked to load up on water and fill your bladder. For these newer scans, you will simply be asked to keep yourself hydrated in the few weeks before your scan. This is because the fluid around your baby is what makes it easy to see the details and gives the sonographer a clearer picture.

The detail on these things may shock you. It is quite an amazing experience.

While it will take a whole nine months to actually hold your baby, thanks to these 4d baby scans, you don’t have to wait that long to see your baby!

Anemia is one of the possible health challenges that a woman has to face especially during pregnancy. Women are more susceptible to anemia than in men as they experience monthly blood loss, not to mention the increase in the demand of blood supply for the development of the baby during pregnancy period. If you are pregnant and you are worried on the fetal problems that may rise from anemia, you should read on and learn more about this.

There are several types of anemia and the most common that a pregnant woman experiences is iron deficiency anemia. This type of anemia happens when there is lack of iron in the blood that results into less production of hemoglobin. Hemoglobin is responsible in delivering oxygen to several organs of the body. With oxygen lacking, this can manifest into dizziness, fatigue, pale skin, labored breathing and rapid heartbeat.

If you are pregnant and have anemia, your child faces risks of low birth weight, preterm birth and poor fetal growth. Low birth weight and poor fetal growth is a result of poor development while inside the womb due to insufficient nutrition.

Iron deficiency anemia however is treatable. With proper nutrition and iron supplementation, it can be reverse but not the effects it has made to the baby’s development. Eating leafy green vegetables (broccoli, spinach), eggs, red meat, liver, dried beans or tofu, and iron-fortified bread, pasta, and cereal are good sources of iron to avoid anemia.

When you manifest the symptoms of anemia, it is better that you seek advice from your doctor than taking iron supplements directly. Taking iron supplements can have side effects like LBM or constipation so it is better that you take medical advice. Moreover, you will be diagnosed according to your family medical history, that of yours and laboratory tests will be taken.

Anemia during pregnancy is a health challenge that you should face and should not worry about as it is common among pregnant women and is treatable. Eat nutritious foods and balance diet for a healthy pregnancy.

One of the couple’s dreams to a life being together is a family full of love and care. And this dream would not be complete without having a child to share this joy and love. This is why couples are excited as the good news of having a baby is confirmed. But the long wait just started and you have to wait until 9 months before holding finally the delicate baby in your arms. Well, this may be true decades ago, but now you can already see the baby while in the womb. How is this possible? With 4d baby scans, you can celebrate earlier and get an insight to the unborn baby in the womb.

We are often astonished by the mysteries of life. Science always tries to explain the mysteries to mankind and one of these is childbirth. For nine months of pregnancy, a woman has to change a part or even her entire lifestyle to match the needs of the baby in the womb. But with all these efforts, what are the things that the baby in the womb does? How does development progresses? With the help of 4d baby scans, it gives us a clearer picture what are the things happening inside the womb.

4d baby scans is a technology that uses sound waves to capture images inside the womb. It is the same technology being used by 2d and 3d scans. However, the process might be different. During 4d scanning, these sound waves are directed in several angles rather than straight line, therefore creating dimension and volume that further leads into capturing movements inside the womb.

A 4d scan is available in most hospitals and private clinics. It is important however that you see to it that the sonographer who uses the 4d scanning equipment and analyzes your results is certified and indeed knowledgeable in performing the task.

There are some instances also that a sonographer may be able to identify fetal anomaly while screening for 4d scans. While this may be helpful, it is not valid for diagnostics purposes and you may be required to take followup examinations to verify the findings.

There are many insights that you could have with 4d baby scans. Be amazed and feel the joy of pregnancy.

Breakfast shake: A must-have for weight loss routine

People asks me why is it that even I don’t eat a real breakfast in the morning, I still manage to stay sharp and be mentally alert until lunch time. If you are a busy person just like me and you want to learn the secrets of being sharp and alert, and at the same time, follow your weight loss routine diligently, then read on!

easy recipes for weight loss

One of my kitchen essentials is the blender. I can do without it. It helps me prepare my breakfast in less than a minute just enough to catch up for my work.  An early riser shake is very ideal for me.  It saves me from cooking breakfast sausages, and washing after the meal. Much more, it is easier to digest as early riser shake comes in liquid form. You can even opt to bring it to your car if you are in a hurry!

Here is how to make an early riser shake. First, prepare the ingredients that you need. These are:

1 large banana, cut into chunks and frozen

1 cup of orange juice

1 cup of fat free milk

1/4 cup of wheat germ

1 teaspoon of vanilla

4 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth (shake like consistency).  Pour into 4 glasses and serve in the soonest time.

I have chosen banana and orange as the primary ingredients to my breakfast power shake recipe as banana is rich in potassium and boost energy while orange help me build my resistance. Milk does not only make your shake unutterably delicious but is also full of calcium that you need.

This energy shake is also suggested when you are trying to lose weight.  This food preparation has less calories and fats however you should make sure that you prepare non-fat milk.

So power up your breakfast everyday with an early riser shake perfect to have the energy you need in the morning and add it up to your weight loss routine.

Recognize labor during pregnancy

Being an expectant mom comes with a lot of challenges. You are expected to do the necessary adjustments to support the growing the baby in the womb. This includes being able to attend to your medical priorities, living with your mood and physical changes, and even attending pregnancy classes. As pregnancy comes to end and both couples are anticipating the coming of the baby, this may pose an added pressure especially if one does not know how to recognize labor.
There is no professional who really knows when labor will start. Yet there are physical indicators that may help recognize pregnancy labor. But to be able to see these indicators, it is important that a pregnant woman regularly consult her doctor.
Signs of pregnancy labor differ to each woman. This is for the reason that by nature, health conditions and pregnancy also varies. But generally, there are some signs that you may observe that can signal forthcoming labor. Among them are the following:
The cervix begins to ripen. As pregnancy progresses and childbirth coming close, there are several changes in the cervix that could signal imminent labor. There are conditions where a pregnant woman may experience frequent contractions as the body prepares for labor. These contractions are called Braxton Hicks contraction. In addition, because of these contractions, it may cause the cervix to gradually open; dilation does not necessarily mean however that labor has started.
Attending regular prenatal consultation with the doctor will help monitor other cervical changes such as the condition of the mucus plug and other cervical indicators.
Feeling of lightening. A few weeks prior to labor, you may feel that there is heaviness in your pelvis and may have less pressure just below the ribcage.
Loss of mucous plug or the Bloody Show. As the body prepares during pregnancy to nurture the baby inside the womb, a thick plug of mucous is formed on the cervical opening to block bacteria from entering the uterus. When the cervix begins to change in preparation to the coming of the baby, this plug may be discharged and seen to be the “bloody show” which is a mixture of the mucous and blood.
Your water breaks. The fluid that comes out from the vagina, as termed “water breaks” means that the fluid-filled amniotic sac that surrounds the baby already ruptured. It is essential that the pregnant woman is sent to a doctor so as to avoid possible fetal infection. Without the amniotic sac to support the baby in the womb, it can lead to pregnancy complications.
With this information on hand, it can put a pregnant woman in better position when anticipating pregnancy labor. Keep these in mind but also ensure that a regular visit to the doctor is undertaken.
